Mass in Notre Dame was an incredible experience! too bad I can’t understand French!

This weekend I am going on a pilgrimage to Paris, and will be at this time taking prayer requests! I will be with two other girls, and our English priest from here in Florence, he will be taking us around the city and we will have mass every day. 

I would love to light a candle for your intentions in the Cathedral of Notre-Dame, just leave them in my ask box, don’t worry I won’t publish them! and they can definitely be on anon if you would like.

The small church of the mountain city fiesole! simple but beautiful

Well… All the prayers here are pretty much the same as in the states, but in general I love to listen to Italian mass. Its the most beautiful language, and its easy to know where they are because I know the mass like the back of my hand!  But here’s the “Lord have mercy” prayer in Italian!! (my favorite of the mass)

Signore, tu hai rivelato la compassione di Dio per i diboli e i peccatori. Abbi pieta di noi.

Cristo, tu hai perdonato anche ai tuoi crocifissori. Abbi pieta di noi.
